Phil Dickinson, - President
Cushman & Wakefield

Phil is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield's agency leasing group in Washington, DC.  Phil joined Cushman from Washington REIT where he served as Director of Office Leasing for their Washington, DC and Suburban Maryland office portfolio.  He previously worked in leasing and sales at The Wiley Companies, leasing and development at ProLogis, due diligence at Archstone and research at The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M.  Phil lives in Washington,DC with wife Emily and daughter Alice.  A native Texan and avid college football fan, he is looking forward to Texas A&M's impending dominance in the SEC. Phil attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Master of Real Estate and Bachelor of Business Economics degree.


     

  Lisa Schlossberg, The JBG Companies®

Lisa serves as the Senior Marketing Manager for The JBG Companies, with almost 10 years of commercial real estate marketing experience including brand strategy, public relations, digital and print advertising, proposal coordination, event planning and graphic design.  As a member of the JBG Cares Committee,  Lisa also coordinates the company’s annual Days of Giving program.  She is an active member of NAIOP DC | MD, serving on the Awards, REEL and Outreach Committees.  In 2014, Lisa was recognized as a National Developing Leader by NAIOP.  She is also a member of NAIOP VA, CREW DC and serves on the 2015 Planning Committee for Year Up’s Annual Fundraiser.  Lisa graduated from Radford University with a degree in Criminal Justice.
     

 

Mary Fitzgerald, LPC

Mary serves as a Leasing Associate for Lincoln Property Company.  As a native of Washington, D.C., Mary graduated from Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in 2007.  She went on to graduate from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business.

     

 

Emily Haggerty, Altus Group

Emily Haggerty oversees marketing in the DC Metro for the State & Local Tax and Advisory practice of the global real estate firm of Altus Group. Prior to joining the Marketing Department, Emily worked as a Real Property Tax Analyst on a nationwide portfolio of all asset types. Emily graduated from the MBA program at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2014 and has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Vermont.

     

 

Carlyn Kelley, WB Engineers+Consultants

Born in D.C., raised in Northern Virginia, and currently residing in Maryland, Carlyn is as local to the market as they come. She received her bachelors in Communications from Radford University in 2007 and currently puts her marketing and client relationship skills to work as the Business Development Manager for WB Engineers + Consultants’ local office.

     

 

Sarah Shuba, OTJ Architects

Sarah works as a designer at OTJ Architects.  Formerly Sarah was a designer at KGD Architecture in Rosslyn primarily on commercial interior projects and renovations throughout the DC area. She has worked with clients including Beacon Capital, COPT, Atlantic Realty, Boston Properties, Konterra, MRP and Polinger.

Sarah received her Masters of Architecture at Virginia Tech and holds a BFA in Interior Design from James Madison University. She has been an active member of NAIOP DC | MD for 3 years and also currently serves as Chair of the Communications Committee.

     

 

André Mayers, KGO

André is a Senior Project Manager with KGO Project Management. André holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s of Architecture. André's areas of expertise include real estate development, corporate real estate asset management, commercial office space fit-outs and renovations, advanced real estate financial modelling, design development, preconstruction budget creation and risk management.

     

 

Tom Boyer, Rand Construction Corporation

Tom works as a project manager in the pre-construction department for Rand Construction.  He has been in the industry for over 12 years, 10 of which have been spent working through the ranks at Rand.  He focuses on potential commercial construction clients through planning, pricing and strategy.  In addition to his work in pre-construction, he manages the operational staff for all projects located in the metro DC area. 

     

 

Nicole Brickhouse, HFF

Nicole is a Senior Real Estate Analyst at HFF on the debt and equity placement team. Prior to joining HFF, Nicole was a Project Manager for DTZ, formerly Cassidy Turley, on their national Sustainability Services team.
 
Nicole holds a Masters degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from American University.

     

  Natalie Dahlstrom, Brandywine Realty Trust.
Natalie is a Leasing Representative for Brandywine Realty Trust, focused on leasing Brandywine’s suburban Maryland portfolio.  Prior to joining Brandywine Realty Trust in October 2012, Natalie interned with Colliers International’s Government Solutions team. Natalie graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 with a BA in Foreign Affairs.
 
Natalie is an active member of NAIOP DC | MD and NAIOP VA.
