The Prince George’s County Leadership Committee of NAIOP DC l MD invites our members and guests to attend a breakfast roundtable meeting with Andree Green Checkley Director of the Prince George’s County Planning Department of the Maryland National Capital Park and Derick  Berlage Division Chief Countywide Planning. This is your opportunity to engage with these key County officials as Prince George’s County undergoes a major re-write of its zoning code.  The comprehensive rewrite to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances is intended to modernize the County’s zoning code to a more user friendly document aligned with the County’s vision for smart growth and economic development.  One of the key goals of the rewrite of the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances is to streamline the development approval process.  Please join us for this important roundtable discussion.
