Prince George's County Leadership Committee
Mission Statement:
Provide leadership in strengthening relationships, to promote quality economic growth, support businesses, implement development and sustain our community today and for the next generation.
Committee Goals:
- To foster relationships between NAIOP DC | MD, government and utility company leaders through, among other solutions, innovative land use strategies and efficient approval processes.
- To engage leaders in Prince George's County and associated State agencies and utility companies about issues important to NAIOP DC | MD.
- Providing leaders a point of contact within NAIOP DC | MD for key issues.
- Provide NAIOP DC | MD's membership a direct line of contact to key leaders, when an issue arises on a member development project.

Saul Company Stephen has over 17 years of real estate experience spanning construction, development, acquisitions, asset management, and leasing. In his role as Senior Vice President of Construction, he leverages his unique background to guide the department in producing durable assets across all Realterm’s platforms that meet the tenant’s and market’s needs while creating and preserving value for investors. His group leads the entitlement, design, permitting, and construction for all new developments, redevelopment, and large CapEx. Stephen also serves on our Board of Directors. |
