Natalie McClellan, Brookfield

Natalie is a leasing representative for Brookfield, US Office Division.  Prior to joining Brookfield Natalie was a Leasing Representative for Brandywine Realty Trust, focused on leasing Brandywine’s suburban Maryland portfolio.  Prior to joining Brandywine Realty Trust in October 2012, Natalie interned with Colliers International’s Government Solutions team. Natalie graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 with a BA in Foreign Affairs.
Natalie is an active member of NAIOP DC | MD and NAIOP Northern Virginia


Moira Dhaliwal, The Bernstein Companies

As an Associate Development Manager at The Bernstein Companies (TBC), Moira works to maximize returns and mitigate risk inherent in TBC’s developments and its ownership strategy. She managed the design, development and construction of a 187 Class A apartment units in Southwest, DC, and is currently working on the 1+ million sf Marriott Headquarters development in Bethesda, MD along with the predevelopment of various properties in the TBC Portfolio. She is active in NAIOP’s REEL Committee, the NAIOP SDC Committee, and holds GBCI accreditations as a LEED AP BD+C and a WELL AP. She contributed to the Curbside Management Practitioner’s Guide as a member of the Complete Streets task force, offering tools to communities to maximize their curbs in the built environment. She is also active in CREW DC, ULI and USGBC. She holds a Bachelor in Arts from the George Washington University, a Marketing Certificate from Georgetown University and her RYT 200 certification.
    Eileen Engels
  Michael Johnsen, Senior Preconstruction Manager, Clark Construction Group
Michael is a Senior Preconsruction Manager for Clark, focusing specifically on early development budgeting. He advises real estate developer clients on program cost and feasibility, informing designs from early concept plans to construction documents and reconciling design programs to the client's budget. Prior to working in Preconstruction, Michael worked on special strategic initiatives in Clark's Strategy, Research, & Development group, and as an engineer on several high-visibility projects in Clark's Civil group. He graduated with a dual-degree in Architecture from Colby College and Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College.


Carlyn Kelley, Scheer Partners

Born in D.C., raised in Northern Virginia, and currently residing in Maryland, Carlyn is as local to the market as they come. She received her bachelors in Communications from Radford University in 2007 and currently puts her client relationship skills and marketing/CRE knowledge to work as a tenant and landlord representitive for Scheer Partners.

  Sophie Li, WashREIT
Sophie is the Senior Associate on the asset management team at WashREIT, an owner/developer and operator of a portfolio of over 6 million square feet of commercial space and 4,200 multifamily apartment units across the D.C. Metro region.  At WashREIT, Sophie is responsible for developing and executing asset strategy plans for the office portfolio, focusing on leasing and driving portfolio performance with the property teams.  Prior to joining WashREIT, Sophie was the Assistant Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions at Broad Street Realty, a Bethesda-based real estate investment and brokerage firm.  Sophie graduated from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and began her career in the structured finance and real estate group at PwC.
  Alexandra Martone, Martone Construction
Alexandra serves as the marketing and business development manager at Martone Construction. She is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Tulane University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and Environmental Studies. Alexandra’s expertise ranges from photography and design marketing to developing marketing strategy. She also works as a freelance architectural photographer and is an active member of NAIOP DC|MD, CREW DC and SMPS DC.


André Mayers, FD Stonewater
André joins FD Stonewater as a Development Manager after spending the last 10 years in development and managing a variety of high-profile projects. Most recently, he served as Senior Project Manager at KGO Project Management, where he was directly responsible for the management and coordination of projects totaling over 1 million square feet and valued at more than $200 million. As a key member of the FD Stonewater development and construction management team, André brings tremendous project management experience and plays an active role in development project oversight and technical guidance for the firm’s expanding project pipeline.

  Stephanie Morgan, Brandywine Realty Trust
Stephanie is a Senior Leasing Associate at Brandywine Realty Trust, responsible for marketing and leasing an office portfolio of 3.8+ million square feet in Metro DC. Prior to joining the leasing team, she started her commercial real estate career in property management. Stephanie is native to Northern Virginia and graduated from George Mason University with a BS in Finance. She is an active member of NAIOP DC|MD, NAIOP NoVA, & CREW DC.
  Devon Munos, Savills Studley
Devon is a Senior Research Analyst at Savills Studley for the DC Region. Her areas of expertise include providing data analysis, business development, marketing and client service. In addition to NAIOP’s REEL Committee, Devon serves as the Public Relations Chair for the JDRF Real Estate Games and she is the President of the Commercial Market Researchers Council (CMRC).
    Michael Odum
  Raheem Sanwoola, Project Engineer, Donohoe Construction Company
Raheem is a Project Engineer for Donohoe Construction Company in their Specialty Division.  He is a Maryland native and a recent graduate from WVU, “GO MOUNTAINEERS!” He is responsible for interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical information for Project Team, subcontractors, vendors and consultants to ensure engineering standards, codes, specifications and design details, are met.

Sarah Shuba, OTJ Architects

Sarah works as a designer at OTJ Architects.  Formerly Sarah was a designer at KGD Architecture in Rosslyn primarily on commercial interior projects and renovations throughout the DC area. She has worked with clients including Beacon Capital, COPT, Atlantic Realty, Boston Properties, Konterra, MRP and Polinger.

Sarah received her Masters of Architecture at Virginia Tech and holds a BFA in Interior Design from James Madison University. She has been an active member of NAIOP DC | MD for 3 years and also currently serves as Chair of the Communications Committee.
