DC Leadership Committee
Mission Statement:
Provide leadership in strengthening relationships, to promote quality economic growth, support businesses, implement development and sustain our community today and for the next generation.
Committee Goals:
- To foster relationships between NAIOP DC | MD, government and utility company leaders through, among other solutions, innovative land use strategies and efficient approval processes.
- To engage leaders in DC and associated State agencies and utility companies about issues important to NAIOP DC | MD.
- Providing leaders a point of contact within NAIOP DC | MD for key issues.
- Provide NAIOP DC | MD's membership a direct line of contact to key leaders, when an issue arises on a member development project.

Roddy, Director, Goulston & Storrs Christine Roddy is a real estate lawyer who focuses on zoning and land use, historic preservation, municipal law and urban renewal in the District of Columbia. She counsels clients in the development of mixed-use, office, retail, institutional, industrial and residential projects.
Christine represents clients before the D.C. Council, the Zoning Commission, the Board of Zoning Adjustment, the Historic Preservation Review Board, the Mayor’s Agent for Historic Preservation, the National Capital Planning Commission and other district and federal agencies involved in land use matters. |
