Golf Committee
The Golf Committee plans and executes NAIOP DC l MD member-guest golf tournaments.
The primary golf tournament is traditionally held during May at Lakewood County Club attracting 140 members and guests. Due to COVID-19 County restrictions, the 2020 outing held on September 14th was limited to a maximum of 50 participants. We are closely monitoring local regulations and look forward to returning to a full tournament when safe to do so. The golf committee is tasked with organizing, managing and promoting the tournament and identifying generous industry sponsors to provide golf skill prizes, “swag” and raffle prizes. The committee is open to and welcomes all Chapter members!

 | Roseanne Beattie, Principal, DBI Architects Drawing on 39 years of industry experience, Roseanne’s work encompasses a wide spectrum of interior architecture projects. Having joined DBI in 1981, Roseanne became a principal of the firm in 2003. Her career has centered on large government and institutional clients, as well as a substantial balance of private sector work. For 18 years, she managed projects for the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, and the International Monetary Fund. This demonstrated long-term success (Roseanne has held the longest-running contracts at DBI) attests to her skillful management of both projects and client expectations. Throughout the duration of projects for her long-term clients, she and DBI have responded to more than 5,000 individual task orders. Mr. Boland has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, primarily focused on leasing, acquisition and asset management of office buildings.He has been responsible for stabilizing assets and achieving attractive dispositions, in addition to assisting with acquisition efforts.His experience in due diligence, development, landlord and tenant representation helps to maximize value through creative and comprehensive analysis.
Mr. Boland received his Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. Jeb also serves on our Board of Directors. |
