Montgomery County Leadership Committee
Mission Statement: Provide leadership in strengthening relationships, to promote quality economic growth, support businesses, implement development and sustain our community today and for the next generation.
Committee Goals:
- To foster relationships between NAIOP DC | MD, government and utility company leaders through, among other solutions, innovative land use strategies and efficient approval processes.
- To engage leaders in Montgomery County and associated State agencies and utility companies about issues important to NAIOP DC | MD.
- Providing leaders a point of contact within NAIOP DC | MD for key issues.
- Provide NAIOP DC | MD's membership a direct line of contact to key leaders, when an issue arises on a member development project.
Committee Chair:  | Stacy Silber, Land Use Attorney, Lerch, Early & Brewer Stacy Plotkin Silber is a land use attorney who helps developers, national retailers, senior housing providers, and property owners navigate zoning approvals in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland. Her experience includes master planning, zoning, rezoning, project plans, site plans, subdivisions, historic preservation, affordable housing matters, transferrable development rights, legislative matters, conditional uses, and variances. |
